13
The burden upon Arabia. In the forest in Arabia shall ye lodge, O ye travelling companies of Dedanim. 14 The inhabitants of the land of Tema brought water to
him that was thirsty, they prevented with their bread him that
fled. 15 For
they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war. 16 For thus hath the LORD said unto me, Within a year, according to the years of an hireling, and all the glory of
Kedar shall fail: 1

Point No1: Mount Paran
Deuteronomy 33:2
regarding that paran issue:
surely u didn't want to search yourself about that area .. and i bring you now from the formal atlas site of the bible ::
http://bibleatlas.org/mount_paran.htm
the definition of mount paran:
http://bibleatlas.org/mount_paran.htm
* Paran in
1 Kings 11:18 doubtless refers to the district West of the Arabah.
* the Wilderness of Paran : It is identified with the high limestone plateau of Ettih, stretching from the Southwest of the Dead Sea to Sinai along the west side of the Arabah.

regarding this verse:
Isaiah 21:13
Bible Dictionary::
http://bible.cc/isaiah/21-16.htm
Kedar - Kedar was
a son of Ishmael Genesis 25:15. He was the father of the Kedareneans or "Cedrai," mentioned by Pithy ("Nat. Hist." v. 11). They dwelt in the neighborhood of the Nabatheans,
in Arabia Deserta. These people lived in tents, and were a wandering tribe, and it is not possible to fix the precise place of their habitation. They resided, it is supposed, in the south part of Arabia Deserts, and the north part of Arabia Petrea.
The name 'Kedar' seems to be used sometimes to denote Arabia in general, or Arabia Deserts particularly
Point No3 : a Prophet from Arabia Desert
Notice this: tow prophecies in sequence same like above ... even same sequence ..
Seir --> from mount Paran (which is a group of mountains it's not specified) then after (you see the verses it was specified by the exact area) compare them together ? !!

11 The oracle concerning Dumah. One is calling to me from Se'ir, "Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night?" 12 The watchman says: "Morning comes, and also the night. If you will inquire, inquire; come back again." 13 The oracle concerning Arabia. In the thickets in Arabia you will lodge, O caravans of De'danites. 14 To the thirsty bring water, meet the fugitive with bread, O inhabitants of the land of Tema.
see the bible explanation :: http://bible.cc/isaiah/21-14.htm (you go and check by yourself)
* Tema was
one of the sons of Ishmael Genesis 25:15, and is supposed to have populated the city of Thema in Arabia Deserta.
The word denotes hero one of the tribes of Ishmael, or of the Arabians.
* The idea is, that the inhabitants of the land would be oppressed and pursued by an enemy;
and that the Arabians, referred to by the prophet Isaiah 21:13, would be driven from their homes; and be dependent on others; that they would wander through the vast deserts, deprived of the necessaries of life; and that they would be dependent on the charity of the people of Tema for the supply of their needs.
Point No4 : Race of Prophet Mohamed Pbuh
Now let us see what is the race of Prophet Mohamed from wikipedia: (from

In the thickets in Arabia you will lodge, O caravans of De'danites. 14 To the thirsty bring water, meet the fugitive with bread, O inhabitants of the land of Tema. 15 For they have fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, from the bent bow, and from the press of battle. 16 For thus the Lord said to me, "Within a year, according to the years of a hireling, all the glory of Kedar will come to an end; 17 and the remainder of the archers of the mighty men of the sons of Kedar will be few; for the LORD, the God of Israel, has spoken."
